Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to anyone using the Vault Agentics website, forms, or communicating with us. It supplements our Terms of Service and any engagement agreement.

You may not

• Use the Site or our services to violate any law or third-party right.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without prior written authorization (see our Disclosure program for in-scope research).
• Circumvent authentication, rate limits, or other access controls.
• Submit malicious code, content, or material that infringes intellectual property or contains personal data without authorization.
• Use the Site to send unsolicited communications or to harvest contact information.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate Vault Agentics personnel.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Site or any underlying systems.
• Use AI to attempt to extract proprietary information about our systems beyond what is publicly disclosed.

Reporting abuse

Email abuse@vaultagentics.com. We respond as quickly as practical and investigate confirmed reports.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation, with or without notice, and pursue any other available legal remedy.
