These Terms govern your use of vaultagentics.com and any free resources, content, and forms made available on the site (the "Site"). Paid services are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Site.
2. Acceptable use
Use of the Site is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and all content (text, graphics, logos, code) are owned by Vault Agentics or licensed to us, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and download content for internal evaluation; you may not reproduce, modify, or republish without written permission.
4. User submissions
If you submit information through Site forms, you confirm that you may lawfully share it. We process such information per our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content is current. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, accounting, or other professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vault Agentics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vault Agentics from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Effective" date above will reflect the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
