This Privacy Policy explains how Vault Agentics, LLC ("Vault Agentics," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our site, request services, or otherwise interact with us. Vault Agentics is a California limited liability company headquartered at 8605 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069.

• Engagement information — information shared with us during paid engagements, processed under contract.
• Automatically collected — IP address, device and browser metadata, and pages viewed (with consent for analytics cookies).

2. How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and deliver requested services.
• To operate, secure, and improve our site and services.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
• For business administration: contracting, invoicing, and recordkeeping.

3. Legal bases (EEA / UK)

Where GDPR / UK GDPR apply, we rely on: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (operating and securing our business), consent (analytics and marketing cookies), and legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We share personal information with vetted sub-processors that support our operations. The current list and safeguards are at Trust → Sub-processors. We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. International transfers

Where data leaves your jurisdiction, we use Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum (or other lawful mechanisms) and apply additional measures consistent with applicable transfer-impact guidance.

6. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described, to comply with law, and to resolve disputes. Engagement records follow contractual retention.

7. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards as described in our Security page. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage prompt reporting of suspected issues to security@vaultagentics.com.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, port, or limit use of your personal information; to opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising; and to non-discrimination for exercising rights. Submit a request via Privacy Rights Request or Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We acknowledge within 10 days and respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 days where allowed).

9. California Notice at Collection (CCPA/CPRA)

We collect: identifiers (name, email), commercial information, internet/network activity, geolocation (general), and professional information. Purposes: provide services, security, compliance. Retention: per category as described above. We do not sell personal information.

10. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and not for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes

We will post material updates here and update the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated to active customers per contract.
