VaultOS for Claude
What it is
VaultOS for Claude lets a VaultOS user ask Claude about their own governed workspace — decisions waiting on them, agent insights, signals, agent activity, delivered outcomes and tool costs — across the Secure, Grow and Operate pillars. Version 1 is read-only.
Connect it
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors, find “VaultOS” in the directory and click Connect (available once listed).
- Before the listing is live, add it as a custom connector. On Claude Team or Enterprise, your Claude organization owner adds it; on Pro or Max, you add it yourself, with the URL
https://mcp.vaultagentics.com/mcp. - Sign in to VaultOS, review the consent screen, click Allow access.
Works in Claude on web, desktop and mobile.

Security and governance
- Claude acts as you — every request runs under your VaultOS role and workspace permissions.
- It only sees workspaces you belong to.
- It cannot approve, change or delete anything.
- Defense-boundary workspaces are never available through AI assistants.
- Every call is recorded in your workspace audit log (tool name, time, result — not your Claude conversation).
- Sign-in uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE.
- Revoke access any time in VaultOS → Settings → Security → Connected AI apps.
Data handling
VaultOS sends Claude only the results of the tool you or Claude call. VaultOS does not receive or store your Claude conversation. Data you retrieve is handled by Anthropic under your Claude terms. See our Privacy Policy.
Troubleshooting
- “Couldn't reach the server” → check the URL.
- “Not a member of any workspace” → ask your workspace owner for an invite.
- Sign-in loops → sign out of VaultOS and reconnect.
